It seems like there's a lot of threads that open something like this:
I'm on Will Smith's marathon training plan, and I did my 16 miler, but the 18 miler is on my birthday and I'm traveling the next day. Can I move it forward two days, or should I do it at 3AM, or should I do it in two pieces on the treadmill while the baby is asleep? If I do it on the treadmill, what angle should I use, and should I add extra miles? If I don't run far enough on the treadmill, can I make up for it in the next week's long run?
Also, I'm two miles over my mileage for the week; should I take two miles off next week to compensate?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

...or "How do I organize my running stuff?" That made me realize that I am not serious enough about my running and things related to my running. If I ever come to RA and ask how to organize my running shit, someone better just tell me to throw it in the fucking closet.
Some of you that answered that are too nice.
There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.
