I ran a 5K today. It's not on race thread as I didn't know about it till 3 hours before and this time isn't really racey.

Just saw this. If it takes me 11 hours to run a 50K then I'm retiring my running shoes!!!
It looks like this year is not off to a good start for a lot of us. What in the hell is going on with all of the injuries?
