        5:48 gun, 5:46 chip.  Not quite the time I was shooting for, but I'm very happy to take 12 seconds off a mile PR for sure.

                        Track meet tonight: either I'll run the 5000 all-out, and try to PR (<18:10), or more likely, I'll chicken out of that, and go for an easy 1500 PR (<5:30).

                         

                        5000: 18:07.11 (3sec PR)
                        200: 0:34.64
                        800: 2:45
                        1500: 5:01 (30sec PR)
