So goal success: 2; PRs: 2; hardware: 1 (or since it was team hardware, is that hardware: 1/2? ).

    Not a bad weekend.

Not a bad weekend indeed Smile

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

5K, sub-19, try to beat my series competition

18:17 (ok, sub-19 was safe goal, sub-18:36 was more hopeful goal), and beat all series AG (5yr) competition, and actually beat all race AG (10y) competition, and actually was shocked to win masters. So was very happy indeed. Time to retire I guess.

Hell, yeah!  Very nice job.  Happy Birthday.  Go kick some ass in your new age group.

            Outstanding!

I am only giving you 8-ball props for the running part.

You only had to survive to turn 50.  And merely "crocked" is utter sandbaggery.

            Prince of Fatness

Congrats and Happy Birthday, you old bag!

              Semi-retired.

Nice to see the quantity of races picking up post-groundhog day, and tons of quality to go with the quantity.  Too many stellar performances to single one out, so your all doing grate.

Happy birthday Tanya, nice thing about crossing over is you can be an old bag AND an AG youngster at the same time.  I'm looking at about 18 months myself, it's not much to look forward to but it's better than nothin.

Congrats to Tanya. Who needs to update her (whatever that line is) that still says 36,000 miles later on all her posts.

                      Very respectible beer mile

8:15 beer mile.  Finished without puking.  Had to walk a couple of times.  Funny that finished without a buzz, but about 10 minutes later I was like so warm and happy.  Epic.

You bringing chocolate cake to Monkey this year?

                        Nice work, btw.

Pacing friends to 3:30 at Mercedes Marathon in Birmingham, AL.  Maybe I will post the results in a few weeks.

8 minute PR for the guy, 2 minute pr for the girl.

                          Skooter 2.5

Wanted to give dspeer a chance to add his result in, but too late!

It was really a toss up between Tanya and mgerwn...mgerwn had a great week with 2 prs, hardware and especially coming off a tough week before missing his goal but Tanya BQ'd by 22:27, felt superior. turned 50, got crocked, and got 2nd in age group.

                            Gotta go with Tanya. Congrats!

                                OMG!

I know that I've done my share of mocking the stupid fucking imaginary not even real pointless cartoon 8-ball, but now that I've won it, I think it is a very important, superior, and serious award. Thanks!

And Ilene, come to the Monkey and I can pace you to a major crockery PR.
