Very nice!
Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

Awesome.
"Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend."
Hey yo, Eric, I dare you to shoot for a PR at Monkey. That is how to rock it.
I can't count a PR from a non-certified course...and in other words I'm stoopid but not that stoopid

Excuses excuses. That's right up there with, "Naw, I ain't gonna race Monkey".
Heh.
Anyway, you can do whatever you damn well choose.
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
and I'm choosing to run very slowly, but fast enough to get a piece of pie and some beer
When I broke 18 (17:51) I ran 2:49 - I never ran a 5k or 10k prior to breaking 3. But to be fair, I ran 70-75 MPW and ran hard 2-3 times a week. I would do Tuesday I would do 10x800 with 90 sec off in 2:40 avg, Wednesday I would do a 15 mile progressive on a 5 mile loop with the last 5 miles 6:00-6:15 and Friday I would do longer runs with a build up of marathon pace miles (started @ 5 and ended with 11)
Not on this list is a hot 5 miler I ran 2 weeks post Grandmas @ 6:30 pace.

it's possible to break 3 with a 5k PR in the 18s, it's pretty freaking uncommon. Even Dopplebock broke 18 in the 5k before he went sub 3 in the marathon.

2013 Goals ~ Mar < 3:00, 5M < 29, 10k < 35
I need to be in low to mid 38 minute 10k pace to break 3 hours.
See you at Monkey
