I drank a bottle of wine, two martinis, and maybe an Anchor Steam after my last half marion, and I'm pushing 52. Get over yourself.
That seems like a lot, how far was the half marion?

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
Who cares? The shirt was the same as the Full Marion, so that's all that mattered.

I'm trying to decide if I'm becoming more mature or more obsessive. After my goal race, I'll take a week off and drink and eat whatever I want--mostly of the fast food variety--but, for some reason, I'm not really enjoying it. Now, you can tell me I'm not enjoying it because it's fast food, but that's not the case. I likes me crappy food. Am I getting too "mature" and the whole gluttony thing is not enjoyable? Or in the back of my obsessing about next year already? Either way, it kind of sucks. I mean, I thought I was looking forward to this whole time off thing. It's also possible I'm just stupid because I've had less beer this week than I had during any of my training weeks.
