...is about 500 miles by the end of March. I passed that milestone during my run at lunch today on a beautiful, sunny 55 degree day. The Cranes were flying north overhead in formation, so I guess Spring is here in New Mexico! A year ago I was probably running in cold, raw weather back in New Hampshire. I feel for you all who live in the Northeast right now.... Anyway, get going with the miles! You have 3 more weeks to get the 500!

Good luck with the weatha theeyah....I do remember how awfully long the winters can be, although this one has been easier on you. Here I will miss the peepers.... I'll be running about 30 this weekend (up in Silverton, Co)...have a hard 50 miler coming up in 7 weeks, so have to keep intense with the miles. Keep them miles coming!

In honor of the mercury hitting the big FIVE OH today, I took care of that 500 thing a day early. It was sure nice to run in shorts.
Runners run.
