    What a freaking awesome week!

That's an understatement.  Truly inspiring racing by all this weekend!  Illene summarized it well with her recap and congrats to the Eight ball winner, you know who you are.

In it for the long run..

Great week- congrats to all!  Nads- well deserved.  I am humbled by all of you.

        Race Report

MTA (because WG is a nag):

Since WG nagged me about a significant point that occurred on the return trip...
Apparently, Indy has a another brewery that we hit on the way back. The Indy folk suggested Flat 12; great suggestion. They then all claimed plague and chose not to join us. Ok, Flat 12 is in a industrial park across from a meat place. By that, I mean their number was 684-MEAT and they had sayings and images of all sorts of edible meat stuffs. Here we did a tasting of 5 beers. One of these beers was my favorite of the trip: Milk-Stout Nitro "Lacto-Matic" I love, love, loved it. They also had an excellent blonde "Upside down blonde ale" and the walk-about pale ale. We also caught the exciting finish of Indiana snatching victory from Michigan.

          Yay Nads!!  Eight ball

this group keeps the bar high!  I have yet to meet many of you but you have no idea how many mornings I think of these race reports and it gets my a$$ out the door and attempt any sort of comeback.  That is after a big glass of beet juice.  Which I do have beet powder that is added to my smoothies, here's to a second scoop!

          Cheers all of you! Cool

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Congratulations, Nads, you totally deserve the imaginary fucking stupid cartoon Eight ball  again!

              Totally.  Great racing, Nader!

I, uh, wow. Thanks Illene and all of you people! I weirdly love you (Please don't ask what, exactly, "weirdly" is modifying. I am being ambiguous because I myself don't want to know).

I know why Ilene basically said "GAH!" and threw a dart. I am sincerely humbled to be in the company of the performances this week. I say with complete sincerity that I am humbled to be in the same with such a devoted crew of racers. We all try to act all laid back, but we love this sport and want to excel. I could not do it without you guys.  Thank you so much.

Pauly does a great job of imagining that A LOT of you are real in his race report. Great stuff.
