            Okay, so this week it's pretty easy.

             

            NADS.

             

            You may have noticed <1:30 has been a big goal for him for a while, he's tried quite a few times....and while he still didn't quite make it, he got damn close this time. With something like a 4 minute PR. And what 1:30 half marathoner runs a <20 in the last 5k? Crazy.

             

            Nads, this one Eight ball is  for you. Again.
