Yep, great HM shoe. They feel fast, but have enough cushion so you don't feel like you're destroying your legs.

MTA: Trent, you should click into some of those Interval/Tempo workouts instead of judging by the combined overall time of the workouts- which include rests and w/u & c/ds. Just saying. That and, well, a shoe can be fast, but the feet have to be as well.
