Alive & Running

    Gah!   How do I choose???

I'll make it easier on you.   I didn't hit my stated pace goal of 6:30. Doing the math, even with the extra, unexptected, miles I had 38.7 miles in 4:13:10, which is 6:33 pace.  My night run cost me a chance at hitting my individual goal.  I'm just happy our team eeked out the ultra win and I was coherent enough to drink a Surly and chat with Drink and Run and others at the finish.

My two cents would be that bzaganjo gets the Eight ball after such a monster half ironman PR.

Okay, okay, I have thrown the dart at the board....and the winner is the indefatigable bzaganjo. Eight ball     Especially remarkable was this awesome PR after being recently strapped to a spine board and turning the ancient age of 30!

        Congratulations, Bash!
