I love this kid. I've been watching him for years now. He ran a 25:31 8k at 15 years old, getting 11th place in the second biggest race in Chicago (which attracts some amazing runners).
He was always a triathlete first and a runner second. He recently had to decided between the two. I'm glad he is going to run.

For the record, he is 6 inches taller than I am and weighs 5 pounds less.
Teenagers ... my son is 6' 2" and less than 140.
