Bush does suck. Trent, don't you have a marathon coming up? And aren't you in the process of replenishing your glycogen and other stores afer a week of fasting? 300 feet of climbing in a mile. What's up wichyou? Boob. Big grin

        Runners run.

Sorry for the question....How do you get the graph?

You boob. The major part of the climb was the 150 foot ascent on a muddy trail over about 1/3 mile, an average 9.5% grade with sections as high as 15% grade (Jeff, this is the red trail behind Betsy Ross Cabin, going up that hill).

              Shocked Oops. I forgot. I'm a boob.

This is a graph from motionbased.com, generated off of my GPS tracing. I upload my GPS data to motionbased, bring up the elevation graph and then get the image location and post it here as a picture. Motionbased does allow me to resize the image by changing arguments in the image location URL. The image location looks something like this: http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/chart/get.mb?xy.domain=totalDistance&xy.ranges=elevation&xy .histogram=false&xy.legendVisible=false&xy.primaryRangeAxisVisible=true&xy.secondaryRangeAx isVisible=true&xy.rangeTitlesVisible=true&xy.domainAxisVisible=true&xy.plotForegroundOpacity= 0.75&episodePk.pkValue=2459677&xy.plotForegroundOpacity=0.75&xy.autoFit=true&xy.width=500 &xy.height=225

Well then, I know I won't be getting to see graphs like that for any of my runs since I don't own a GPS...I was just curious to see if it was a simple website function. I've seen the graph with the maps here, and it's nice to see the different elevation levels. But I like the one you have. Okay, now I know. Thanks.
I have asked Eric : ) to see if he can alter the programming so that we can embed graphs and maps from the logging function of this website as images in others. It is on his to do list. Alternatively, if we could export our courses from RA and import them into motionbased, that would permit the same thing.

Well, I looked at the 350 feet over 2 miles......I went for an average.

I know. Actually, the overall elevation change (net) was 0 feet over 7.5 miles, so the average grade was 0%. Flat. Like the savannahs in PA. Cool
Oops. Just looked at the data. The grade was as much as 20%. Big grin
