Cant believe that this went 1/2 hour with no comments.

    It's Monday

In Soviet Russia, Burger eats you!

      8:50 and then went soft.

Which should stand for Did Not Sleep.  Lets just say I'm not done packing my house and I have to rent another truck for tomorrow.  I'm seriously never moving again.  Oh and I own WAY too much crap.  And my kids own WAY, WAY too much crap.  My husband owns a lot less crap now, but mostly because I've been throwing it out as we pack.

        Bring it on.

          3000m tomorrow night - goal 10:15 and PR (10:25)

If I get to run two legs of a 4x400, goal = 70 each (I think that will be nice and out of reach after the 3000)

(I know it's the wrong thread, but I'll repost it if I remember)

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

And the Eight ball goes to...

Xhristopher!  Great job with the fastest 5k you have run in over a year.

Honorable mentions go to extendedsolo for his new PR, bhearn for his 3:07:46 and age group win (so soon after a massive leg beating, too), and Greg_C for putting a ballsy goal out there and taking 15 seconds off this years best time.  I believe this may be a PR for him and the non-Doctor B, so let's give him a HM, too.  Even though he went soft, he still ran 4:49's.  Criminy.

Thanks but I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the Drr's 4:49s.

Nice job Chris. That was a sucky, hot, sunny, humid day.

Great running, Chris (but I know you have much better in you, going forward*).

                    Good work, WGee.

MTA: *Whoops, temporarily  forgot we're in humidity-blanket season.  Even more impressive.

I love how the race was scheduled late in the morning so beer could legally logically be served at it's conclusion. Great race management.
