Is this your best time ever? My best times were run in the low to mid 80's when I was in my early 30's...
Here are those times:
1 mile = 4:55( 1981, Stoneham, Ma. HS track)
2.5 mile = 13:06 (1981, Fresh Pond, Cambridge, Ma)
5K - 16:32 (forget where)
10K = 33:48 (1980, Malden, Ma)
10 Mile = 57:14 (10 mile split at New Bedford, Ma half marathon)
Half M = 1:16:08 (1981, New Bedford, Ma )
30K = 2:00:05 (1981, Stu's in Boylston, Ma)
Marathon = 2:49:06 (1979 Cape Cod Marathon)
50K = 4:05 (road) 5:35 (trail)
50 mile = 7:22 (road, 1999 Nifty Fifty, RI) 7:48 (Trail, 1998 Bay Circuit 50)
100 mile = 19:45 (1998 Vermont 100)
Now I'm just an aging runner, living in the past. I did run a 19:52 5K in Hollis, NH at age 56 2 year's ago ;-)
