Goal: <25:00, it's supposed to be 82 degrees at race time and the race is on the concrete Space Shuttle runway, so running fast may not be an option, but it will be fun and I get to work on my tan

PR is 68.1. This is a faster course, but I was in better shape then.

My quad is still a joke. I'm dragging my leg around by the end of the day. Training has been ubercraptacular, but during races it doesn't seem pissy. Weird.

Lucky.  My hamstring feels much worse while running.

Oh, my leg feels like crap when running, but I think when racing my brain is too distracted. Like at TK where I spent a solid nine miles thinking, "Man, there are a shit-ton of people passing me."

Mine would too, if I dared to run a 5k.

Everyone come cheer on WG on her NJ debut.  She is sure to get the female course record and possibly the over all course record for the 100K.

Come cheer and drink some beer.  She also said she loves it when people taking pictures of her late in the race and post it here on the Swamp for all to see.   I am usually to busy with RD duties to do any picture taking but I am sure some of you have the technical skills to handle it.

I'll be volunteering there at 10 pm Saturday night but plan on getting there much earlier so that I can cheer WG and other racers on! Looking forward to having some beer as well!

That's the plan, but I'm just trying to line up my at-home obligations for the day first.
