              He looked like he was running a pedestrian training run. Really pissed me off how effortless he was running when he passed me today.

               

              Yeah, he is truly a natural. When I see him coming, he is quiet within himself. He lifts his fingers while he passes, recognizing me.  He does not make more effort. On top of that, he is kind, very polite, humble. He only brags about his insane food choices ... Which would only lead me to a heart attack, but if I could run like that, I would do it, too.
