Mother of God. Just over a second outside of Lagat's US AR.
I have a feeling Rupp is going to be an absolute monster this season.
Still chasing Mo....
btw, does the east coast know who Sarah Baxter is?

Isn't she the girl who isn't coming to race Mary Cain this weekend?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
In the GSP thread for whining about courses being short, I brought her 2012 Mt Sac race up - she (Sarah Baxter) was certainly not whining about course length in the post-race interview.
3:50? While I certainly couldn't run that now, it's not THAT great a marathon time.
Oh wait.
Upcoming races: 5/18 Watershed Preserve 12-hour, 6/2 North Olympic Discovery Marathon, 6/15 Bighorn 50, 7/27 White River 50, 8/24 Cascade Crest <gulp>
My woefully neglected blog.
Somewhat scary to think that Rupp might now be the best US miler as well. That run is worth 3:33/3:34, and of course that's indoors and presumably not at any sort of super peak. Sounds crazy but it's not inconceivable that Rupp could run something like 3:31 outdoors later this year.
SICK!
The Logic of Long Distance
there is a very good reason indoor does not exist in Cali.
Well the father-daughter square dance was good too.
Runners run.
Fast is better than long
Who won, mike? AR involved?
Re: daddy daughter dance, not indoor mile
2013 Goals: 2500 miles / 2:45 marathon? / sub 2 800m / 4:30 mile / sub 16 5K / sub hour 10 miles
Give a man a fire and he'll be warm the rest of the night;Set a man afire and he'll be warm the rest of his life.
What in the Jehu?
Who won?
Rupp - results on one of flotrack's hideously slow pages
AR involved?
No, and it's all your fault - he just needed that extra push of competition you should have given him.
You will have to ask Solomon about that.

Currently free to watch though I'm unclear whether it will remain that way.

Rupp's mile linked.
Really great watch. (I know L_Master just linked this, but I figured I'd make it clickable.)
Here's Cain's HS record, too
