So I know all about stupdity. But 2013 I concede my 2,000 mile title to which ever one of you ass-holes want its most. My goal is to slip into a nice 80-110 mile a week rythm. Maybe an occassional 120 or 130 depending on timing of training runs - But that would be once per month.
I fight it multiple times a week. But all I get is one ultra-type run a month. No triples, less doubles. More honest paced runs (Still slow as I am out of shape) less shuffling.
Last night - I did not run, I watched Lincoln Vampire Hunter with my DD#1 (12). It's tough not doubling up an easy day - But I was a little tired and wanted to spend time with my DD. My goal for the day was to recover ... goal accomplished.
