Mercedes Marathon. Birmingham AL. 2:45 or less. That would be a pr. Finish in the money (top 5).
There are atleast 4 others under the title "elite runners" for this marathon who a 2:45 would be a cakewalk. This is including two who are low 2:20 marathoners (James Cheruiyot & Julius Kosgei).

Why 4:19? Did you come up with that or was it your coach? Your recent races and workouts indicate something more in the 4:30-4:35 range. I only say this b/c even though you have set some PRs recently you have missed your goal and eventually that cycle of running fast, but still feeling disappointed about the result can wear on a runner mentally as well as physically.
