Blaine Moore (MM#2867)
Fail. The folks I went with were supposed to run 3 loops, but quit after 2 loops. It was really tough conditions, with bare ground, foot deep snow, glare ice, uneven fields, rocky/rooty/thorny "trails" through woods...lots of fun. I wound up running a lot of the fat ass alone since I realized I could start loop 6 before they finished loop 3, but then I got back and discovered they'd quit after loop 2 and were already changed so I only got in another half loop. About 24 miles total.

Chip time was the same to 1/10th second.
Gun time I lost by 0.2 seconds.
I lost.
BadDawg called me a stupidhead. That pretty much sums it up.
MTA: Good grief, this is like a bad joke.

You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.

2 out of 3 ain't bad. Except when the 1 is the important 1. So, fail. 1:30:13..2
I put it under there.
That sucks! You probably would have won otherwise! Don't those folks know they are supposed to drink beer and eat for at least a few hours after a trail run?
Nice job on the run! Sounds like you were cruising despite the brutal conditions.
2013 Goals: Run trails.

2/4, no? 1:30:13.2 > 1:29:22
But yeah, 13 seconds. That's gotta smart.

Well, yeah, 2 out of 3 on the comment line, heh. 2 of 4 overall. HOF numbers in some sports. Just not this one. I think all my blood is still in my feet and not making it to my brain, or something. And yeah, close does suck. Takes a lot of the fun out of a nice PR. There were some good parts, though. Not a bad day at all. I did get a 3AG beer mug prize, and socks, so there's that.

Don't know how you're doing it...but you're definitely winning the mid winter race weather lottery. As far as the weather goes...you're the anti-Trent.
Did an angel whisper in your ear and hold you close and take away your fear...In those long last moments
Hmmm, in that case, I guess I'd better take one for the rest of the dumbasses and run Monkey. Seems like the right thing to do.

That's pretty freakin awesome. Sorry I missed it. Nice run.
Well, another difficult choice.....the studly ebiss PRs again!, Amores Perros wins a xc race (but never posted a time goal), The Thunderation battles self doubts to a fine 3:08, and L Train and Greg C go toe to toe, (or heel to toe, or inline dammit!) to the finish line.
But my favorite cutie this week is amcneice, who set his goal high and smacked it into submission! Congratulations, this is for you!
