Hey, I get to meet Beta. Things are looking up. I think.
Why the heck else do you think I'm driving a buck fifty for a five miler? I've been down the Parkway. It ain't that pretty.
I'm driving further than that so don't whine. And let me give you some advice. Get there early. There are a lot of people doing overnighters there (you'll smell the booze while waiting for the race to start), but with 9000 runners that's a lot of cars all heading to the same place.
