The Greatest of All Time
I was going to say what this thread needs is the picture of Marcus in his Sapranos inspired warm-up gear. Then I scrolled down.
Some things never change.
Yeah, you are welcome.
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
Congratulations, Marcus! You kicked butt!

Want to add that I got the idea to do long marathon pace runs out of Daniels. It just took a few years before it really made sense to me.
Nice report, and this is an interesting footnote - thanks.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
I didn't think I had to say congrats in here since I already said it on facebook
How do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know you were born to fly?
break'n three
I effin' H-A-T-E those! If I do them at home, I crash and burn. If I do them as part of a race (as Daniels suggests), I end up racing! Grrr!

Bada-bing, baby. Nice race!
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
OK: train like Marcus, wear a suit and tie, drink only Jack Daniels. Thx, I'll get right on that.
Speaking of that, are you still measuring your biceps and stuff?
(Congrats on the marathon!!)
