Slowly. Very slowly. In fact, I'd say too slowly for it to be completed successfully. I did get a new PR this month in my 5K... 35:12. I'm not really complaining... it's just that's not enough of a change since August (36:04) in order to reach a sub-1hr 10K by late May.
