It is nice to see we do have intelligent life on these forums :-) However, since I was suggesting a two week taper for 1.5 mile race it would seem maybe this person is not the person I want to use as my example for this.
So for a 26.2mi race, I need a 35 week taper?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
