Seriously. Some of us might want to take an ill-advised run at this. Evil grin

Yes, I do "run in this."  So should you.  The weather is never as bad as it seems from behind your office or car window.

Ill-advised run? Trent's a professional. Some suggest that he might be a doctor of idiocy.

Sweet. I need a new PCP, I should give him a call now that I know his specialty.

Just because running is simple does not mean it is easy.

whitkoxccoach - In agonizingly consistent fashion + a nice 5k last weekend to boot. As inconsistent as I am 60-163 miles in weeks since joining swamp - Coach is you 100 guy all the way! Just 2 days shy of 20 weeks on the beak.

I wish there was a way to see his last three or six months in a graph like the one month graph, because that is some -- I don't know what adjective applies -- looking graph.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

You can, just make a "New Graph" in his "Reports" section. You can log stalk whomever you choose.

well my hat's off to you Dopple Bock cause you got there first and I think doing that with low weeks is all the more impressive.  although you might like this; I'm actually on week 49 for the 100+ and am stopping at 52 (Lord willing I stay healthy) - I've just logged on here since late December.

but then how impressive can that be when scovill drops that in a day
