Fast is better than long
Wow! What a line of worth and respectable performances! New fast times and maybe goal time was not met yet, but its not due to lack of effort. Definitely time to be proud of and think we should have a pot luck of baked goods. And if you win a race regardles of time. You still won the race! heck yeah, take that action any day! I mean if we go out there and run our race as best we can on what we're given that day, what more can we ask for? Cheers to all.

You can only beat those who show up.
And I agree, what an awesome results board, top to bottom.

What in the Jehu?
Nice race - I can not imagine the healing process when this happens so young. I am sure she would want you to live life fully and happily.
Some day I hope to be only 20 pounds overweight ! ...
19:31, but I won the race. I am embarrased by how slow it was and that it was good enough to win. Today would have been my 5th anniversary, it is the first anniversary since my wife passed away, I think Shara (my late wife) would be proud that I am racing again, even if am slow and 20 lbs. overweight.

What pissed me off is all of you SOB that I used to think I could beat at shorter races are getting way to fast for me to compete with - Damn you!
Hell more and more of you woman are getting to a point I will get chicked by more than 1 of you in a race. Candice was on her way 2 years ago at Monkey before she has issues ... You are com'n at me from all sides - Rock'n in the ultras and I here WG is working hard again.
Then all you skinny stallions running better and better - "Post College PR" bullshit - Bastards!
Sometimes I feel like everyone is getting better except me - Hell even Thunder is training well lately.
I need to keep the pedal down and keep de-fatting or I won't be able to beat my way out of a wet paper bag soon.

Can we repost this after FANS when you make Team USA? No paper bag stands a chance against you
Maybe - So at least I have a small chance at still taking most of you in a 24 hour race.
None of you in a 5k-5M-10K.
Ha ha, good race, DB. The fire is lit, brother!
The Logic of Long Distance
Definately - 202# this morning - Down 40# since Janaury 1st.
20 more to go by FANS.
Milktruck say relentless
Just to clarify...no baked goods.
Not even a nugget of bread?
Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

2013 Goals: Run trails.
In case all of you don't understand my backward thinking mind - I was less venting and more complimenting. I have some big plans for a much smaller ass and faster times to keep up with all you hoseheads!
You can only beat who turns up, don't be embarrassed.
I turned in a 3:26:14 at London, very happy with it but already wondering if I could pace it better next time.
Do what you want, just how you like. Nobody has to know.
Nice running everyone. Thankfully among all the great performances the past couple weeks, the 8-ball hasn't been that hard to figure out. This week's goes to....
Hannibal Granite. Nice job. First race in over a year and you win it. Just a great way to come back.
Honorable mentions:
Jeff: post-college PR with a sweet 15:48 spin around the oval.
TanyaS - a win is a win, baked goods or not
DB - says sub 3 and gets sub 3. With room to spare.
Great job everyone.
Congrats! Good job with the comeback race. I look forward to seeing you race some more.

I am looking forward to the day that WG puts her ass-kicking shoes back on.
September 1st. Everything up until then is training and a few small races for shits and giggles and to see where I am at.
