Please make this girl in my office stop talking about refinancing.  She had someone from her current bank call and offer to reduce her rate from 5.5% to 3.2%.  She thinks it is some kind of trick because they are not going to do an apprasil and only going to charge her $300 to do this.  I've refinanced 3 times in the last 10 years so I know it is legit.  First from 6.5, second to 4.250 and then recently to 2.75.  Each of them $300 or less.  At a $300 cost you only have to be in your house another couple of months to break even on that money.  She refuses to do so and is going around to everyone to tell them about it.  Then to top it off she is spouting off about how she would much rather have a 30 year loan rather than a 15 year loan.   Now I'm not saying everyone should have a 15 year loan.  Her defense is she just doesn't think it is smart to pay it off in 15 years and better to take your time and do it in 30.  Sure forget about the interest payments you are making.

Then I have farting and burping guy having a great food day.  Along with loud mouth girl who keeps cursing all of the time.  I miss my old office damn restructing the office so that everyone can see outside.

I'm done venting now.  Anyone else have some fun cube co-workers?

Dog farts are not always funny?

I work at home. My dog will come in sometimes and fart up a storm, though, so it's not all fun and games here, either.

i'm not sure i'm qualified to do it but I'm thinking of going that route myself...gettin tired of the man keepin me down.  long hours / travel are making it hard to fit quality runs in.
