Thanks Guys. The award is not all that special. Any idiot who competes the required 30 points can get one and the Usaft-Ne Iron runner got me 90% of the way there. Good thing to as last yr was tough on me after I foolishly ran on my MCl tear. If Bad dawg had not posted in the GLRR fourm I would not have goten it this yr. But he posted a link and I looked it up told my wife I think I have enough points so I submitted the paperwork. All it took was my stubborness and the fact I usually run a lot of races. But as someone who will unlikey ever win my age group it was extreamely nice to get and looks way cooler than it is.

You need to quit selling yourself short.  You do what YOU do.  And quite frankly I bet a lot of the speedy folk wouldnt have what it takes to do what you do.
