Eh, I was just racing for fun. The important run was the Friday long run to get ready for LA.
But this was very difficult; PRs , race winners, Fast marathon PR, etc. etc. but I am going to base this weeks' on meeting or beating the posted goal (gotta have a criterion, right? ) so...............................drumroll................................................
