TM running in winter (Read 103 times)

Must be new math $3.2k =/= $3k. If I didn't know any better I would say your trying to pull a fast one.

I figure I should be compensate $200 for getting rid of your piece of shit treadmill for you.

    Runners run.

And Woodway also offers a non-electricity version called EcoMill. Only cost $8k. WTF! But it will last for 60,000 miles.

        Now you're talking!

I often ruminated while in the gym (wtf else is there to do on a tm but ruminate your ass off) , how people's excercise energy could be put to good use. You know, like using the energy from a people powered tm to run the lights and that really loud head banging music that they blast from the overhead speakers.

I've got a gym membership and I've been there 4 times since August, twice to swim.

Swimming on the treadmill will not necessarily make you a better runner.
