2000 miles of Boston in 2014

For Jeff (mostly) some Renato Canova related training stuff (Read 544 times)

which apparently you are not supposed to do because she could die a sudden death.

    NOT.

I think it was the training thread, which opened with a quotation from Canova.  Lemme check to be sure.

Who am I kidding: Child's play.

I was under the distinct impression that that was not Canova actually writing that.

I think someone even mentioned it in that letsrun thread. The way he repeats "my friend" and refers to himself in the third person... I've never seen Canova do that on any other thread.

      Anyone else notice that?

Finally, this thread is getting interesting. Say Hey to K. for me.

+1 on this.  How is good ole K doing?  More information please.

BTW - Baby stuff is cool but I think one picture a week is about the max.  Unless something major happens of course.  I post a picture once every 6 months it seems.  Trying to get better about that.  Posted one of my son after running 2.5 miles last saturday night when it was gorgeous out and he was in a good mood.  The lack of sleep thing has to be hurting your running.

        2013 Goals:

        • Sub 1:29:30 1/2 marathon (1:29:52 try at Heart Mini 3-18-2012 )
        • Sub 3:010:00 Marathon ()

Jeff, I haven't been around lately, so congrats on the kid.

What Candice doesn't tell you about kids being easier than dogs is that they will eventually learn to feed themselves.  By the time kids are six, they can reliably pour their own Lucky Charms and get their own beer out of the refrigerator.  Although, you could probably get an automatic feeder for the dog...but that would probably work for the kid, too.  So, it's a wash.  And anyone that has an automatic dog feeder is probably only worried about getting their Delorean up to 88 mph anyway.

There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.

Back beat, the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
