I did talk to a doctor about it, actually.
But I made sure NOT to ask for advice...
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
Too bad we didn't see you over the weekend!

Well, at least I finished. My calf hurts.

Trent with a torn calf is sorta like a giraffe with a sore throat. Or Pamela Anderson with a chest cold.
The tangents are moot.
Set the bar low. Crawl under it.

What in the Jehu?
Another great week of racing...
Trent get's the T-U-F tough award, but that comes with the Stupidity award. Heal UP! man.
L_Master seems to have played a poor strategy which put him behind the for the rest of his race.
PaulyGram over-estimated his abilities; but he still stomped on folks less than half his age, and that made him snicker as he left the track.
Ilene, DB and bhearn both beat their goals, apparently bhearn didn't include the appropriate number of bio-breaks. The winner is coming out of this group.
Ilene had a great time, a PR!!! and went in sore so I really like that effort, but DB was either sand-bagging it or maybe it turns out he loves running more than he's willing to admit.
This week's MFEB goes to...
DobbleBock - Now in order to accept your award, there are stipulations. Take the get in shape route; the training will be easier and your heart will love you more. I'm not a Dr., but I saw one on TV once. Congratulations!!!
HMs to Ilene and bhearn for beating their stated goals.

3:15 @ 240 pounds is definitely 8-ball worthy. Congrats DB!
And congrats on the PR, Ilene!
I have always been confused by the 8-ball ... I should get a kick in the junk for letting myself get this out of shape ... I feel I have been rewarded for stupidity and slacking ...
Gotta love the swamp
Next marathon (April) < 2:50 with self imposed 10 hour a week max training. That will take 30# of fat loss ~ So I plan on being a crabby bitch the next 12 weeks

ME!!
MTA: Not because I need to loose weight, but I have a feeling that if I actually stick to plan I will be more than crabby and bitchy!
BTW Congrats on the half Illene and Congrats DB on the 8 ball! Nice work
