    BOOT HER!

You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.

I keep opening this thread expecting to see a picture of a wool sweater that DB repaired by hand.

      Runners run.

"Way to make Borat look overdressed"

Lot's of stupid excuses - Post goal race let-down (Striders 24), achillies, Another goal race too soon (Glacial 50), 15 hour days at work.  Too much eating and booze.  Just a bunch of bullshit.  Sometimes I think I am afraid to suceed.

Not very impressed with myself.  Don't really care about running Monkey (I will be there and run)

Funny.  I too have achilles problems.  I think I've reached peak fatness for this year, but I'm not really sure because it's not even Thanksgiving and Christmas.  That's not good.

Anyway, I just want to survive Monkey at this point.  And drink beer.  I still have 18 days to drop 10 pounds and run 180 miles.

There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.

Back beat, the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt

I did not have to work this weekend - But knew that I needed to screw up my running somehow ... Family - No TV, No Computer, No reading.  I taught them how to clean ... take every thing out of a room. inspect it, grade it as Keep, Garbage or Runmmage Sale - It took my DD#1 and #2 10 hours, but we got rid of 60% of their stuff.

The living room couch was a toss

After 21 hours of cleaning, we still have piles of stuff in the finished basement from the unfinished areas waiting to receive their inspection.  The garage is done.  My part of the bedroom is done and the 3 bathrooms are done.  The weekend also involved a lot of carpet shampooooing.

I am guessing by the end of the week our pig sty will be clean.

We were not even close to horders, but my goodness we had a lot of stuff that we did not use.  I did keep my shotgun and riffle.  Although I have not used them in 5+ years, by oldest daughter is going to be 12 this month and I suspect I might need them soon.

I am going to take stuff to the dump at lunch, but take tonight off to actually get a workout in.

There are so many ways to process this.  I'm not sure which is the most funny.
