Do you get MLB TV? They have it at my gym and there's a talking heads show called "Intentional Talk." On its face it's a clever play on words, but given the boredom engendered by the intentional walk, it is actually a really stupid way to get people riled up about baseball, no?

I believe you are talking about the MLB network and the show hosted by Millar and Rose. The few times I've caught the show (see what I did there?) it's been fairly entertaining and I like both Rose and Millar. The name doesn't bother me much. Clubhouse Confidential isn't as good as I thought it would be while MLB Tonight ranks right up there with The Daily Show in terms of quality entertainment for me.
MLB TV might be in my top five products of the past 10 years so I have nothing bad to say about the multimedia package offered by MLB.com as it's fantastic and relatively cheap for how much I use it.
So for a specific game ---- MLB TV. For overall baseball ---- MLB Tonight. And to get me through this horrible time of year when Newcastle or Marquette are not playing ---- anything else on MLB Network.

Once in the way-back times, I wished for the return of the summaries. It was not pretty.
Sigh. I still miss that running log. I had the horrifying 3 a.m. realization last week that it has now been 5 years of craptacular running since the first slip on ice injury. Sent me into a depression. Which is why I should not do math in the middle of the night.
