Yes, congrats to kmark on a heck of a PR.
If I get there in time tomorrow, 5K, will shoot A=18:36, B=sub-19, cause I expect to be tired.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
Well it's finally here for me, my goal race of the season. The only problem will be the heat and humidity that's in the forcast for it, but here it is dfbourg 10k Crescent City Classic New Orleans,La under 37:40 and finish in the top 100

Well it didn't as well as planned. Came down with a stomach virus Friday that still had me ffeling a lil down Saturday morning for the race.
finish time------38:32 placed 84th overall, so at least with that I did crack the top 100 finishers

Wait, who runs over 21K as a warm up for a 5K? Well, other than BadDawg, that is.
This is what happens when you try and sneak into the wrong week. Not so good. 42.24
Weekend went awfully in terms of races. This cold/cough I've had for a few weeks now is just getting worse. Doctors and no intervals this week.
10k - 34.31 - 19th - Went out in 33min pace but by 4k I could barely breathe. One of my slowest 10k races for a few years.
Hll Race (3.51M on my Garmin) - 24.47 - 31st - Took it very easy and enjoyed the view.
5k - 16:59 - 23rd - Cruised along and got a bit of an odd tan.
19:26 at Good Times. Scary start, hamstring tightened up about 200 yards in but loosened quickly when I backed off. Shoelace came untied at around 2 miles, and I couldn't retie it quickly with my frozen fingers. Finished my pit stop and looked up to see four or five runners tearing down the sidewalk straight at me. Fun!

After deciding not to think too much about this, kmark gets the MFSEB this week. Baddawg's performance day after Boston is impressive, but got to go with a big PR. I was kind of hoping for a good weekend of races from Dr B, but hope he recovers from whatever is ailing him.
AP's second race the one with 6 different runs logged and a "warmup" is noteworthy.

Nice. Much appreciated.
I just have to say though, BadDawg beat his goal by over 2 hours and 40 mins thats got to count for something.

Congratulations kmark! Great job!

Wrong week bud.
Also that is such a sandbag goal given that course. Straight downhill, sub 41 you got it.
