      I was at the meet.

He's one hell of a cool dude, and his history in the music biz is amazing.

Tony Young (47) was also taking a run at the W45 world record but some adventurous cuisine the night before meant he didn't get much sleep and caught up with him on the fourth lap. His splits were: 64, 66, 66, 77.

I had to rejoin the group when I realized that I wanted to send this thread to somebody but no one else would give a shit.

        Plus I'm running again.

Well that was stupid. I mean the running again.

Looks like you're not alone in the sheets department as well ...(eyes favorite beer of the week)...

I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.
            Amen, sistah. (Nice bike.)

Interesting use of string theory. Mis-applied but interesting.

I've not felt the coiled srping yet, but hope to one day.

Hopefully you are drinking good bourbon or good wine.

and damn glad to see you're back on the road.

No. I'm not drinking good bourbon or good wine like a goddamn pansy. Shit that wine thread is half the reason I came back. What are we a bunch of effete dandies? Hell no we are runners and we run MILES and drink BEER from a bottle or a can.

                Hawt and sexy

I almost never read this thread.  I open it to see that someone said cock. heh

                  I'm touching your pants.

That's the best Lagat face you can make?

If we don’t try we’ll never know. At least I can find out how good I can be.  I can have an answer at the end of the days, and have a hell of a good time with the process. -Desi Davila

That's the Robbie Andrews face, yo.  Once you're a national champion your face is your face, not an imitation of anyone else's.

This is an amazing photo.  Look at how balanced and centered Lagat looks.  I mean, this is at the end of the race....he should be (probably is) full of lactate, etc...and the form is there.  Look at his foot strike....look at how straight up and down he is.  That's fucking beautiful.

Time for the relaunch.  Stay tuned....

I love that pic. Robbie Andrews just wins.
