    Run until the trail runs out.

          Pretty cool being able to run in Shanghai though - how many of us get that experience?  I'm gonna run by by town dump in a little while for the kazillionth time.

                    Is the Bundt thingamajig runnable? Can you buy food on the run?

                      I managed an "amble" in Istanbul yesterday... on a treadmill!  One look at traffic and street conditions and there was no freakin way I was going outside in the the pre-dawn hours!  I am on the Asian side, so, first run ever on the Asia continent for me!  Dinner last night on the Bosphorus was splendid!

                             OK, so no photographic evidence in Istanbul, but how about Barcelona this morning?  Not a great picture, but I posted the shirt in honor of my buds tapering for Cactus Rose 100 next weekend. Also, missed getting evidence of running in Moscow earlier this week... actually, missed running in Moscow earlier this week, nothing to photograph.
