I have not decided on that - But being who I am it could be 0# or 1,000#

I do not think I will be setting one - After Sat bad experience, I will have everything I can do to get my desire to drink back by Wed pm when a 2 day vacation starts.  I may just go dry until Monkey - Its the only way I will have a shot (long) at my Monkey goal.

      1)  Run more than this year (easy bar but a necessary one)

      2) Beat this year's race times and stop a 3-year steady decline in race times (again, should be an easy bar but I could have said that last year too)

2012 goals:  Fastest race times since 2006.

Well it is Fiscal Year 2010 for me.  My goal is to make about 50% more money than I made in FY2009.

I have not decided on that - But being who I am it could be 0# or 1,000#

But I always like to set stretch goals this time of year

I guess it's pretty obvious, but I think I read this as:

And not one of them was prepared, truly prepared to believe that it had not so much to do with chemicals and zippy mental tricks as with that most unprofound and sometimes heart-rending process of removing, molecule by molecule, the very tough rubber that comprised the bottoms of his training shoes. We can and should.  Especially when we've earned the right to have those dreams.

I might take the over.  Depends what the spread is - and the price.

goals are an invention of the man -- an artificial measuring stick designed to keep us compliant & productive, suppressing spontaneity through a continual disappointment feedback loop, and distracting us from the truth: life is not given us to measure; life is given us to live.

if you don't run, you'll rust. [tom petty] ..... i just wanna get back on track, even if it kills me. [motion city soundtrack] ..... if i only could be running up that hill, with no problems. if only i could, be running up that hill. [kate bush] ..... still running in place [alkaline trio] ..... at least i'll try and run, and run tonight, everything will be alright [the killers] ..... don't give up the distance.
