        A nice steep race over the Los Angeles harbor and back.   They close off the Vincent Thomas Bridge to cars on Labor day so we can run this.  Smile

                  I ran it in last year at 1:34 and change so I am thinking 5 minutes off might be good enough.  I honestly have no idea how fast to run this thing.  It is my first of two halfs before Indy.  I like to try and run the first one a little more controlled and let all hell break lose on the 2nd one.  Who knows what will happen on Sunday.  I try to keep my goals simple.
