He has only the 9th fastest PR among the elite field but he's a previous winner and has proven to be a big game racer.
I'd give him 4 to 1 odds.

The conditions last year were extreme, the results would probably be very different if they weren't. He doesn't quite fit the dark horse category because he is defending, but he would have to overcome some heavy odds. All I know is that whenever elite runners get their pictures made with swampies, American records tend to fall.

Thing is, WG will have just run more miles than I drove that day (HAHAHAHA...Death on a plate). So, I have nothing to gain and everything to lose if I end up on the ground. Guess I'll have to leave no doubt.

Lemon Drops seem to me to be a generic shot that even social drinkers can shoot without throwing up.
The hot shot (ha, ha) right now is Fireball, cinnamon whisky. While it may be an abomination to whisky drinkers, it's a better shot to order in biker bars than Lemon Drops.
