Will Lukas Break 4? (Read 852 times)

Mike, is that Joe O. from the old Dbk? (I mean how many Joe. O's run for Somerville?)

    Also, $100 says you've got a 4:49 in you.

You suck. You should just quit. Jackass. Welcome back.

For fun, he tossed in a 17:13 at the Super 5k today.  Rumor had it that he planned to run back to Medford after the race.

Just watched it. 1) Russell Brown is a machine 2) the announcer who referred to Willis as "a lovely runner...in the long tights" creeped me out.

What? There is an erotic element to watching athletic competition? I am scandalized!

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

                      Right on Hereford...

By the way, the answer is no, not this time.

                            Yep, thank you.

Nice.  I noticed that, both in this race and in the Milrose mile,  the guy who jumped out in front ended up torched. Does this have anything to do with "rabbiting"?

For real?  Yes, Millrose and Boston both employed rabbits in the men's mile.  I gather you are watching with the sound turned off at work?  The commentators make reference to the "pace maker," Christian Hesch, and what pace he's been instructed to run, 1:57 for the half mile.
