              I sneaked in another 5k race ahead of the thread (we have a regular Tues night series!)  This time my goal was 20.30 which would have been a PR of 10 seconds.

              Wellington Waterfront 5k (New Zealand)

              Finished in 19.59, new PR by 41 seconds

                             Put down a real time goal.  It is hard to bust your balls when all you are trying to do is "get stronger".

                              Watermelon run 5k. 8/14.  I'll try for anything between 17:30 and 16:30 is to be expected. Lower 16's would be nice. I'll try to jog out the first 400 this time.
