Yeah. I got the memo. And I understand the policy. And the problem is just that I forgot the one time. And I've already taken care of it so it's not even really a problem anymore.
E.J.Greater Lowell Road RunnersCry havoc and let slip the dawgs of war!May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your SPF30, may the rains fall soft upon your sweat-wicking hat, and until you hit the finish line may The Flying Spaghetti Monster hold you in the hollow of His Noodly Appendage.
Just make sure you use the proper cover page on the TPS report this time. Ok. Great.. Thanks.

Goofy Challenge in WDW
January 8 + 9
I had intended to try to race one or both of the races, but unfortunately my knee had other ideas. My goal of a sub 3 marathon debut is now just a pipe dream as I'll be lucky to even finish both races.
GOAL is to finish both races to get the stupid Goofy medal and never train for a stupid marathon again
never train for a stupid marathon again
It's a good thing you can still train for a smart marathon or even a marathon of average intelligence

So, I haven't ran a race in 26 years, ever since track my sophomore year in high school....and I haven't exactly been training. In the spring when I was training, before the stress fracture, I signed up for the Goofy, along with my God-daughter.
So put me down for HM (my first) on Sat the 8th at Disney with a goal to finish under 2:45 (which should be an easy enough pace to allow me to complete the marathon).
And put me down for the Marathon (my first) on Sun the 9th at Disney with a goal to finish under 5:30 (which is embarrassing compared to what most of you can do).

I understand the Disney marathon goes through a place with a lot of goofy looking characters, so that should be just like high school.

I think my wife is concerned they may mistake me for one of those characters.
