2000 miles of shots in the ass

April 16th Racing Thread (Read 1453 times)

Last update from me until the times or death notices come in. Good luck runners. Pressure's off. I know it's hot and it sucks. But try to take a moment while at the start line and appreciate where you are and what you're about to do. Take care!

PaulyGram 4445 2:50   3:00 (meh goal) 2:50 (reasonable goal) 2:40 (if we get the perfect storm)

Wish-washy because, I had a great training cycle and people keep putting really fast times in my head, but I am a tad tenative to go after those, because they could cause enough calamity to take 3:00 off the table. I think I want to say I am a more interested in being a sub-3 marathoner this month and later this year I could become a fast marathoner. <-- aka: wuss Wink

Candice S. 5740 3:03-3:05   A PR would also do...I suppose. (which is anything under 3:09:18)

Also, avoid abductions. Also too, no fights (involving me) at Crossroads.

mta: with this early "weather tweak"...my new goal is to place higher against the field than any prior Boston. Run smart.

You should go get the clap just so you can give it to her. --beef

I'm with Candice as far as B goals are concerned. So, a PR of sub 3:18 will get me a smile, just not a huge smile.

                            Walt.RB 6691 sub-3:12-ish for a PR

                             I like running alone.

Candy...you should aim to beat my time from Myrtle Beach a few months ago.  That's right in your wheelhouse.

                              Thunder smash!
