This was found in the GSP - so it ups the difficulty a little...but too funny not to post here. Not that it helps ID the poster, but this was for a 1 mile run.

I may have smoked something before my run that could've altered my effort significantly. Also, I'm not sure if I had enough water... I started feeling sick in my girly parts

was 4th man on the team! first time i've been on the varsity squad in college! hopefully i will continue to run well after this. the high mileage seems to have really helped. for some reason instead of feeling more tired from higher and more intense mileage, i've been feeling better than i felt at lower, less intense mileage. i have no idea why. it just seems that i am responding well to what i've been doing.
