It was surprisingly a pretty pleasant death path run. It helps that it wasn't 45 degrees and raining. Plus...there was lots of trouble given by each other for various stuff. Good times indeed. I was extra snotty, she was extra punk-ish...which led to good times.
Half a bowl of buttery pesto tortellini 15 minutes before hard intervals? Really? In the middle of the afternoon in August? Also, hydration matters. 4 cups of coffee and a cookie probably don't count.
