    Easy jog, much less hacking and wheezing today although I still had one big spasm on Pearl St. Four beers is about my limit at this point if I'm going to have a decent run in the morning...maybe 5 if it's some watered down shit like Coors Light but the 4 Sams I had last night was about right. If I'd had one more this run would have sucked or not happened. Over dressed a little, not used to the cold yet.

                  Yeah I think Mishka was in compliance. And with so many people we should probably drop the no peeking clause anyway. Hell I looked at about 40 running logs before I got to strings--it just seemed too obvious that Mishka would quote the last guy who posted. Alas.

                        Perfectly dissatisfying. I hate running like this. But it's running. And it will allow more running.                               I got one: Started with a bit of sun, rainbow ahead and finished in cold rain. Sweet, I feel so alive! Feelings of young [name edited out] were flowing euphorically through me, and I love how smells, sounds, feelings bring back the past to cause one to feel like your in a time warp. You are truly only as old as you feel. My mind is as fresh as any teenager, of course minus the dead cells lost to MaryJane. Feeling good! No pains.
