#1 goal, dont blow out the hamstring again like I did last year.

#2 goal  sub 23.  I dont think I have actually been putting in the work to do this but what the hell.

I have become Death, the destroyer of electronic gadgets

Goal: sub 24? I really don't know, I haven't run a 5k in a long, long time. I'm running a lot more miles than I ever have before which should lead to faster time, right? Unless of course I am dog tired from running all those miles.

Have you qualified for Boston? I want to interview you!

              Pulling a probably ill-advised 10k, 5k double this week:

1.) Run with the Wolves 10k, Marlborough, MA -- 36:05

              2.) York Days 5k, York, ME -- 17:23

I don't give myself much of a chance to hit either of those goal times at this point but hey nothing ventured, nothing ...ventured.

Good luck! I ran it two years ago, figured on 10 hours... finished in 11:48. But then I suck at hilly trail races.

Thanks... I need it. It should be doable based on my recent races, but who the hell knows with ultras. I just want to enjoy myself for the most part. Smile
