"run" "to" "eat"
i've been sick about a week with a sinus thing, but i am feeling somewhat better now. i've got a workout scheduled for today and i don't want to skip it but being new the the whole workout concept, i am not sure what to expect of myself. i am thinking "just go do it and see what happens" is the best plan, but i am wondering if any of y'all have any advice here.

......if while you are running (this is about running, right?) and your breathing becomes difficult..........can I have your stapler?
Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

you people are useless.
i checked the weather and apparently the wind here is blowing like 20mph. so i might blow away, and even though you don't think so, you will miss me when i'm gone.
It depends on what kind of workout. If I was recovering from being sick I would probably go to one of my staple "effort only" easy-ish workouts like 8 x 2 minutes on / 1 minute off or something. I would not try to do anything at any exact pace.
Runners run.
Sinuses? I would say go ahead with whatever is planned unless you've got other symptoms that are really dragging you down. Isn't there some law about sticking close to your planned workouts unless symptoms are below the neck?
That being said, I didn't run AT ALL yesterday and I felt fine.
Hope this helps.

With the wind work on your leg turnover, against the wind work your strength, if it is blowing sideways, then your balance. If caught in the eye of the storm and its blowing in all directions, I got nothing

Speaking of thanks, thanks for nothing to everyone who didn't say anything about my Annual Puking Pumpkin Avatar when every year at least one person has said something and this year nothing was said by everyone.
It's not even Halloween yet.
